When you place an order at tackroomonline.com, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and email address.

We consider your information to be private, and we keep this information on our secure server to protect it from outside parties. The Tack Room Inc. will only use this information for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, and notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. When you create an account with The Tack Room, your personal information, personal preferences, and settings are created by you and The Tack Room will not be responsible for errors created on your behalf. We will do everything possible to help you correct errors that may have been made and make sure your account is the way you wish.

When you save your billing information online, that information is only saved on your behalf to alleviate extra steps with future ordering on our site. You may make changes to any information at any time by logging into your account and making the necessary changes.

*Please note that The Tack Room is not responsible for pricing errors in it's store or website and has the right to cancel any order of product that was priced incorrectly due to error. Should this happen, we will notify you via email or telephone and not process your order until all parties are satisfied with the changes.
