If you have placed an order with us and find a need to return something, we offer a 90 day return window from the date of delivery. We have attached a form above that can be downloaded to make your return easier for you and The Tack Room.

We will accept any returns that were purchased from The Tack Room or from the tackroomonline.com store that are new and unused and contain the original packaging (if applicable). We will process the return as quickly as possible and refund or exchange the item for you.

Please follow the steps below to help us process your return better. We will not accept returns without the downloaded form above!

1. Please download the form above and fill it out making sure you include as much information as possible. This information will help us refund or exchange your merchandise as quickly and easily as possible. Please don't forget to include a credit card number, expiration date, signature, & phone number if you are requesting a refund for your merchandise or exchanging an item for another item of greater value.

2. Please pack item(s) in original packaging (if applicable) and mail the package back to us with a reputable carrier such as UPS, Fedex, or the United States Postal Service. If your shipment includes a complementary return label, please return package with carrier designated on the return label.

3. Also, include any original packing slips, receipts or other items that may help us process your return as easily as possible. Don't forget to photocopy any of these documents to keep for your records.

4. We will not be able to accept any items in which the protection seals have been broken. Some example of these items include: vitamins & supplements, fly sprays, etc.
