Horse supplement for healthy coat and skin. Improves coat condition and alleviates skin problems. Provides concentrated calories for a calm energy source in performance horses or for weight gain in hard keepers. Adeptus Nutrition's original Gleam & Gain contains 41% fat from healthy sources that provide high quality omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are great for allergies (especially skin allergies), natural anti-inflammatory action, and of course coat quality. The primary source of the omega-3 fatty acids is heat stabilized flax which also has a mild gel consistency to help cleanse sand and dirt from the gastro-intestinal tract. The base ingredient is also a prebiotic yeast culture to enhance digestion.
Dosage: 2-4 oz daily top-dressed or mixed in the grain (20 lbs = 160 day supply). As with any feed change, introduce this product gradually. Keep product in closed container in a cool, dry location. For animal use only.
