Q: Which carriers will you use to ship my package?
A: The Tack Room Online ships 99% of their packages via UPS and USPS. In certian instances it may be necessary/convenient to ship via United States Postal Service/Post Office. All customers receiving orders shipped by UPS will receive and email tracking number to track their package in route and will also receive a confirmation upon delivery. Option may be available through United States Postal Service while in route.
Q: Why does it say my order was cancelled or changed?
A: The are multiple reasons why an order may say cancelled or that it has been changed. These reasons may include product being out of stock, invalid payment information (address verification "avs" or security code "cvv" invalid or does not match the card holders information on file with the processor), requested response via phone or email regarding order is unanswered, or any edit to the original order (this would be adding/removing an item from an order or any other form of editing that would require a change to the original order). If you receive this message or any other message via email regarding your order, you may call us at 800-782-9583 to receive more information about the change. The Tack Room Inc. reserves the right to make a change or cancel the order at any time. Q: When will my package be ready for shipment?
A: In most instances, orders received Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) placed before 4PM EST will leave the same day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Items chosen for 2nd Day shipment will arrive two business days after shipment. Overnight shipments will arrive by the end of the next day after shipment. 3 Day Select, Next Day Air Early AM, and Saturday delivery available upon request. Please call 1-800-783-9583 for a quote.
Q: I need to ship to a different address.
A: It is actually quite common that billing addresses differ from actual shipping addresses. During checkout there are separate pages for billing addresses and shipping addresses. If sending a gift to someone, enter your information in the billing section and the recipients information in the shipping field. If you would like to leave a message for the recipient please include the message in the notes section during checkout. Please also include information regarding where you would like us to send your receipt. Gift receipts also available.
Q: How do I ship to multiple addresses?
A: Immediately after placing your order, please contact us at 1-800-782-9583 to arrange shipment to multiple addresses. It is strongly recommended to leave a note in the notes section during checkout that items will be shipping to multiple addresses. Additional fees will apply.
Q: I have a gate or some other means that may block delivery of my package.
A: All gate codes and any other information pertaining to deliveries should be included in the notes section during checkout. Any additional information will be included on packages for delivery and will aid in your order being delivered successfully.
